2. No service contract created

Submitting a form, calling, emailing, or otherwise contacting PLI through the Site does not create a service agreement or any obligation on our part to provide services. PLI's services are provided only under separate written agreements between PLI and the customer. Nothing on the Site should be relied upon as a commitment to perform work.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, layout, and design, are owned by PLI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The PLI name, the Phillips Light Industrial name, and related marks are trademarks of PLI. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site for your internal business or personal reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

4. Information and files you submit

You are responsible for the information and any documents or files you submit through the Site. By submitting them, you represent that you have the right to provide that information and that it does not violate any law or the rights of any third party. You grant PLI the right to use the information you submit in order to respond to your inquiry and provide our services. Do not submit confidential information belonging to a third party without authorization, and do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.

The Site may contain links to our division websites and to third-party websites and resources. We provide these links for convenience and do not control or endorse third-party sites. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PLI and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ohio.

12. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and PLI regarding your use of the Site.
